We support the new rules as they stand because we have worked by the guidelines of 4 dogs to a walker for some time already.

Gosport Borough Council is introducing a series of new rules for dog walkers. It’s hoped the regulations will help crack down on irresponsible dog owners and people who don’t clear up their pooch's mess. But there are also worries that the rules may impact some owners and dog walking businesses. Charlotte Briere-Edney reports.
