Louise has been looking after Topper for over 5 years. It is like a second home when he stays there. He loves her girls and we can leave him without any worry, knowing that he's happy and well cared for. On top of her superb pastoral care, Louise is professional, she responds instantly to communication and her admin is spot on. She is an energetic upbeat lady with a can do attitude. Brilliant!
